Recipe enjoys Japanese salad to more palate

You have a recipe your family and friends always questions make for this special family gatherings? Now, one of the dishes I get is to bring special occasions my Japanese salad recipefor our family. I would like to share with you my recipe .

Try this delicious Japanese salad recipe! This tasty recipe will complement many main entrée dishes. You will not only love the taste of this salad recipe, but it is also very nutritious for you!

Japanese salad recipe

-1 / 2 large Kohl torn - 1 cup sliced mushrooms
-3 chopped spring onions - cups 2 bean sprouts
-1 / 4 Cup sunflower seeds - 1/2 cup sliced almonds
-1 Package instant noodle soup (noodles only, uncooked, save the broth package)
-1 Cup CHOW main noodles uncooked

Dressing

Winter package from soup - white 1 TABLESPOON sugar
-1 / 2 Cup olive oil - 1 / 2 tsp paprika
-3 TBSP vinegar - 1/3 cup soy sauce

All salad ingredients except for the soup and chow mien noodles. Assemble all dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well. Pour over salad. Mixed salad. Crush soup pasta and sprinkle both the soup and chow mien noodles of salad. Serve and enjoy this Japanese healthy salad recipe!

Vegetables - cooking hints & tips

Blanch vegetables
If vegetables blanching only a small amount, place it in a wire sieve with boiling water for about 40 seconds. Then immediately put it in ice cold water.

Artichoke
They have a protective layer so they wash until ready to use.
Use only stainless steel cookware and utensils for artichokes, to change colour to prevent.
Rub all surfaces with lemon, stop tanning.
If it is not really fresh, then add 1 tsp sugar (sweet add) and ¼ teaspoon of salt (to retain their color and taste to) each cup of water.
