Summer wine and food pairings

Chill out this summer with a whole range of wines that pair perfectly with hot weather food. Check out this fabulous collection of wine and food pairings for warm summer nights.

You know that lyric: "summer time and the Livin' ' is simple."Now, the wines are so. The heat is on so you want to make sure that your wine is refreshing and light. Save the heavy stuff for winter and the holidays, if it can get up on the sauce and CARB loaded meals. And if you think drinking wine brightening up funds only would be surprised white you, how many red wines are light and fruity. In other words, a perfect complement to sit outside enjoy has to offer all mother nature.

Cabernet Sauvignon looks like a serious full-bodied wine it should, but depending on the grape variety, surprisingly it can light with grilled steaks. Ingredients

1. Sweet Onion, sliced
1 / 3 C. red red wine vinegar
1 / 3 C. water
1 / 4 C. blue cheese, crumbled
2 12 oz. Ribeye steaks
2 Cloves of garlic crushed
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
fresh cracked pepper to taste

Directions

Combine first six ingredients in a lock style bag with zip. Add the steaks and marinating you covered in the fridge, two hours. Grill steak on the one hand for 5-7 minutes. Turn and top carefully with crumbled blue cheese. Cover and grill another 5-7 minutes or until it is cooked to your liking. Your Grill will vary depending on the heat times.

Ingredients

Directions

In a small saucepan over medium low heat coriander, garlic, honey and lime stir together juice. Heat until the honey slightly, about 5 minutes is touched. Remove from heat and let cool. Place salmon steaks in a baking dish and with salt and pepper. Pour over salmon, marinade, and 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Easy oil Grill. Place salmon steaks on barbecue, cooking 5 minutes on each side, or as flakes easily is fish with a fork.
