Cooking recipe of recipe - looking for a delicious Italian meatballs on spaghetti?

You are bored with the preparation of the same old meals in and week out? Also, here is a recipe for the Italian meatballs with spaghetti. It is delicious, it looks good, it smells good, and it tastes good. It spoiled you and all the guests that you to for a meal have invited. The entire meal is inexpensive to make, it takes only a few minutes to prepare and the kitchen takes only up to an hour. Let me first say you, of the noodles themselves.

A good tip to get pasta the right texture is a bit out of the pot, remove and test it between the front teeth. It should be soft, but always still firmly to the bite. Never simmer pasta but cooking you it in slightly salted water quite vigorously until it reduces.

Then test your teeth after a few minutes. In the end, if you prepare this recipemake sure always the pasta. Let not pasta standing because it is hard and uncomfortable.

Ingredients (serves 2)

2 Slices thick bread (cut off the crusts)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 red onion finely chopped
2 Cloves of garlic crushed
1 large can chopped tomatoes
8 Basil leaves
3 Table spoons of tomato puree
1 Lb lean minced beef
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 Eggs
1 Table spoon fresh parsley chopped the
1 Table spoon chopped fresh basil
12 Ounces of dried spaghetti
Salt and pepper
freshly grated Parmesan cheese, about sprinkle at the serve

Method

Place the bread in a bowl and with water to soak. The water should drain only cover the bread and let it for about 5 minutes, then the excess water and squeeze the bread to remove to all the liquid. Heat the oil in a pot of garlic add the onion and half and occasionally stir you while gently Cook over a medium heat. Add the tomato juice, basil leaves, tomato paste and sugar and then with salt and pepper.

Bring to boil all content then reduce, the heat to a simmer. After about 20 minutes, this should reduce to a thickened and pulpy mixture. Using a large bowl, set bread, minced beef, eggs, parsley, Basil and remaining garlic. Mix all together with the hands and taste from a bit of salt.

If this is done, make small balls of the mixture. Insert into the pot with your tomato sauce. Cook over a medium heat for 30 minutes. About 15 minutes before you have your meal, ready to cook slightly salted water in a pot. Add the spaghetti. Cook for 10 minutes and test. Once it is finished, you drain it well.

Put the spaghetti in a large shallow Bowl. Place your meatballs on top. Gently pour the sauce over the meatballs and the spaghetti. Sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese and serve. If you a little strongly Parmesan, you use a mild cheese of your choice.

A nice green salad is highly recommended with this recipe. And don't forget a generous portion which is a quality olive oil well with any salad or cooking recipe in my opinion. Join this meal have a glass of red wine. Can enjoy.
