1 / 4 Tsp salt

1 / 4 Tsp of black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 8 Muffins cups with Teflon cooking spray to coat.

Evenly divide ham on the 8 muffin. Top Ham with cheese. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs or egg substitute with protein. Beat the chives, milk, salt and pepper. 3 large eggs

Black pepper to taste

Pinch garlic powder

Picante Sauce to garnish

Mix eggs and milk in a bowl. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set aside. Spray a large pan with non-stick cooking spray. Medium heat is roast onion, bell pepper and ham to heated and soft onion. BAKED OMELETTE ROLL

Oven to 450 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place the eggs and milk in Blender. Add flour, salt and pepper. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese. Omelet in the Pan, starting with a short page curl. Place seam down on a warm platter. Cut into slices. Garnish plate with some parsley or coriander.
