Apple Gelee jam and preserve recipes

Make easy great tasting and affordable jams, at home without preservatives and chemicals for the purchased brands.

I have 4 delicious Jam-recipe-s you today at home can prepare listed:

1. Roasted garlic jam

Ingredients:

-2 Heads garlic, large roasted
-1 and peeled
-2 Tsp olive oil
-1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
-1 / 2 Teaspoons kosher salt
-1 Tablespoon Italian parsley, coarse
-1, chopped
1 Cayenne pepper, pinch
-ground pepper, fresh

Directions:

-Chop garlic with knife, until it forms a paste.
