Spice up your life with this Argentinean recipe

The favorite cooking methods in Argentina is without a doubt, barbecue. This type of cooking is derived from the original Argentine Gaucho tradition of cooking meat on a charcoal fire, a tradition that continues to this day.

Add flavor and meat tenderise, marinating Argentinians often meat in chimichurri. Food without chimichurri would tolerate especially grilled meat in Argentina it adds an amazing taste.

Why not to try this traditional recipe on your next barbecue event?

Argentinian chimichurri

1 / 3 Packet garlic salt
6 Chilli peppers
2 Bags bouquet garni
1 large onion
Half bath with dried peppers
1 Pint (500 ml) vinegar
2 Pint (1 liter) oil

Cook all ingredients without oil in the vinegar for five minutes. Wait until the mixture cools. If the mixture has cooled, add the oil. Store in the refrigerator.

If you are ready to grill or barbecue marinade meat chimichurri overnight. Barbecue, grill or cook in the oven. Enjoy!
