There are many ways spicy your raw food courts. Here are some of my favorites: jalapenos, Habanera, Serrano, banana, scotch bonnet, Thai peppers, chili, cayenne pepper, and the list goes on. There are over 20 varieties of peppers and not all of you are hot, but add tons of taste to food. You can use in your raw or paused state for your recipe-see either way, be both taste great and add tons of flavor, color and health benefits. Remember that a little goes a long way! It is also a good idea to use gloves when you cut so that you not later forget and rub your eyes because some of these peppers can be very potent.
Peppers are beneficial for the body, because you vitamins A, C and K plus a good amount of fiber. Peppers help prevent cell damage and inflammation, asthma, cancer, cholesterol reduce, reduce ulcers to support immune function and can help with weight loss.Have only between 10-20 calories per serving, but you add so much flavour and so many health benefits to your body.
